Introduction
I believe that AI can help small businesses get ahead. That’s why I hosted a talk on how small businesses can use AI to automate tasks, improve customer service and make better decisions.
The talk was a success, and I was excited to be able to share resources with Microsoft customers looking to adopt AI within their business. If you missed the talk, you can catch me again in action soon later in the year.
I hope those that attended found the talk informative and inspiring and I am excitedly planning my next talk to continue my support to the small business community.
AI for Small Business
In my talk, I covered a range of topics, including:
- how to automate tasks, such as customer service, scheduling and people management.
- improve customer service, by providing 24/7 support, answering questions and resolving issues.
- help small businesses make better decisions, by analysing data and identifying trends.
I also focussed on the delivery of Microsoft’s new product ‘Copilot’. A new add-on that can be found in various products across Microsoft which really drove home the impact AI will have across a wide range of business tasks and core operations.
